AAARRRGGG!!!! As an 11 year old this sequence seemed like two hours and now as a 23 year old it still frustrates me enough to stop playing. that and my deku shield got burned off in the dodongo cavern.
this is what a 34 degree morning looks like in rohnert park.
a few weeks ago i came across a raven while walking to my night class. i had a bag of sunflower seeds that i was snacking on and decided to share some with my new friend. while we enjoyed our salty snacks i noticed that it had some type of fishing line type string attached to it’s left foot. after about ten minutes of what i am going to call “interaction” it flew away.
today as i was walking to work a giant black bird buzzed the top of my head with a clearance of about a foot. i noticed it was too big to be a crow, took out my phone and walked towards it. sure enough it had the string around it’s foot. it let me sit down next to it and hang out for a few minutes before it flew away again.
i’ve read that crows are highly intelligent and can remember and differentiate between individual people. while that probably isn’t the case here, i am still going to hope that this guy is my totem spirit guide.
Twinkies serve as an abstract vessel through which we view a young man’s existential crisis, the cream filling exemplifies the inner nothingness of the human condition, the cake-y outside represents the shell in which we encapsulate ourselves to shield others from seeing our darkest, loneliest secrets. AND Arie pukes up a twinkie. Fantastic.
